A two-tier under-the-sea cake with the mermaid princess modelled by hand against a watercolour wash of turquoise, lilac and pink. Piped coral, sugar starfish and scattered shells run around both tiers, a pearl sits in an open scallop shell on top, and the tiers are separated by a lit acrylic stand so the cake glows from the middle. The name is picked out in gold on the board. Made 100% eggless in any of our 19 flavours, in 3, 4 and 5 Kg sizes.
