Questions people ask us
Will the logo colours actually match ours?
Give us the hex or Pantone codes and they will be close. Edible printing is CMYK, so the very brightest greens and oranges sit a shade softer than they do on a backlit screen — that is a limit of the process, not of the effort. If an exact match matters, say which colour is the critical one and we match that first and build the rest around it.
Can we get a GST invoice?
Yes. Tell us the company name, address and GSTIN when you order and the invoice is raised against the company rather than the person who called. If your accounts team needs a purchase order number printed on it, send that across too and we will put it on the invoice.
We need the same cake at three offices on the same morning.
That is fine, and it is worth telling us a few days ahead rather than a day. Each cake is baked and finished separately, so three identical logo cakes is three times the decorating work, not one cake cut up. Delivery is charged per drop by distance from Sector 47.
Can you put a product, a building or a trophy on the cake?
Yes, and those are modelled by hand rather than printed, because a flat printed sheet of a three-dimensional object never reads correctly. Send photographs from two or three angles. A modelled handset, bottle, car or building on top usually needs a 2 Kg cake or larger to sit in proportion.

A corporate cake is judged by a room full of people who all know exactly what the logo should look like, so we work from the artwork rather than a photograph of it. Send the logo as a PNG, PDF or the brand guideline page and we match the colours and the proportions properly. Fine lettering and gradients are printed on edible sheets, which holds detail a piped line cannot; solid shapes, three-dimensional marks and product replicas are modelled by hand in fondant. Two-tier builds work well when the logo needs the top tier to itself and the message goes around the base.
Sizes start at 1 Kg from ₹2,500/Kg, and a 3–4 Kg cake is the usual size for a floor of thirty to forty people. Every cake is 100% eggless and available in all 19 flavours, which avoids the awkward question of who can eat what at a mixed office gathering. Most designs need about a day's notice — tell us earlier for anything with intricate artwork or several tiers. We deliver within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio in a temperature-controlled cab, with the charge calculated by distance, and can time delivery to a meeting rather than a window.
